DELIVERY INFORMATION
Take around 2-7 DAYS FOR PET TREATS
FIXED DELIVERY DATE & TIME FOR DAILY MEALS
Our delivery schedule is fixed on the 15th and 30th of every month by Furxury, except February when deliveries occur on the last day. Any requested changes to the delivery date or time will incur additional charges, based on the delivery rates provided below.
Order closed for food preparation: 10th (11:59 pm) & 25th (11:59 pm) of every month.
Please ensure payment and order confirmation before the order closing time. Orders placed after the stated closing time above will be automatically scheduled for the next delivery day.
It's important to note that Furxury delivers to selected areas in West Malaysia. We may not cover outskirt areas based on our cold courier partner's capabilities. Kindly check if your area is within our delivery zone by providing us with your postcode.

Delivery by Courier (West Malaysia) - RM5 nett (Free for spending above RM80)
Delivery by Courier (East Malaysia) - RM10 nett (Free for spending above RM120)
FREE SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout upon meeting specific order requirements. Kindly ensure the selection of the correct delivery method. In the event of non-compliance, we will reach out via WhatsApp to facilitate the collection of delivery fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The eligibility for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. Free shipping is a promotion and may change anytime without prior notice.
DELIVERY MODE
Menu & Monthly Menu will be delivered upon the scheduled date agreed by FURXURY and customers. If the customer fails to receive the freshly cooked food on the agreed delivery day, all costs will be borne by the customer if there's a reschedule for the next delivery. This is highly not recommended since all the food is freshly cooked. It will not be able to be put on hold for too long.
Delivery date and Order closing date are fixed as above unless stated otherwise.
SELF PICK-UP
For all customers opting for self-pickup, please ensure timely collection of your order within 3 days from the 15th or 30th batch. Extended storage beyond this period will incur additional charges. We appreciate your prompt cooperation in adhering to the pickup timeline.
